Rare Vintage Soviet Solid Bronze Figurine – “The Young Goalkeeper”, USSR, 1960s

A high-quality vintage bronze figurine of a young soccer goalkeeper, cast in solid bronze — unlike the more common alloy versions, making it a heavy and valuable collector’s item. Embodies the strong Soviet tradition of sports and “socialist realism” in art.

Details:

  • Subject: Boy in classic goalkeeper pose — thick goalkeeper gloves, cap, dynamic stance.
  • Material: Solid bronze with rich, dark natural patina.
  • Weight: 465 g (~1.1 lbs) — substantial and impressive in hand.
  • Authenticity: Soviet price mark «Цс 1р 45к» clearly visible on the base — hallmark of genuine mass-produced Soviet artwork.

Condition: Excellent vintage — no repairs or damage. Metal aged beautifully, fine casting details well-preserved.

A rare find for collectors of bronze art, sports memorabilia, Soviet history, or socialist realism sculpture. Its solid material and weight make it a standout addition to any collection.

Shipping: Carefully packed to ensure safe arrival. Worldwide shipping from Ukraine with tracking number.
