No specific flaws were noted in the source information, so please review all pictures for the exact condition of the enamel, the metal and the pin back before buying.

About This Piece

The budenovka was the pointed cloth hat of the Red Army, named after the cavalry commander Budyonny, and cavalry imagery was widely used in Soviet art to illustrate the Civil War years. A bugler with a red flag is a lively composition for such a small badge. Military-theme pins like this are often bought to complement uniform, medal and militaria displays.

No material or size details were provided, so check the photographs for the finish and the back of the pin. Cavalry badges stand out among Soviet pins because they show a figure in action rather than a symbol, and this bugler with a flag has a strong sense of movement for such a small item.

It pairs naturally with other Red Army badges, caps and field items in a themed display of the early Soviet military.

Shipping

Carefully packed and shipped worldwide from Ukraine with a tracking number.
