The wording "Great October Revolution" was the standard Soviet name for the events of 1917, so the badge is a good example of official anniversary labeling.

Item Details

Type: Commemorative pin badge

Subject: 70 Years of the Great October Revolution

Dates: 1917-1987

Country of Manufacture: USSR

Condition

Used, as shown in the photos. They were produced in many designs, so assembling a set of 70th anniversary pins is a rewarding small collecting project. This piece would fit into such a set or stand on its own.

The source supplies only the title, so the photos are the reference for the colors, the construction and the reverse of the pin. Compared with the plain 70 years badges, this one uses the full Soviet wording, Great October Revolution, which makes it a handy example for anyone studying the official language of Soviet anniversaries.

Shipping

Carefully packed and shipped worldwide from Ukraine with a tracking number.
