A badge like this is easy to frame, pin to a board or keep in a collector's tray with other USSR emblems. The description gives the design but no event or year, so the badge is best appreciated for its imagery: a flag, a blue field and a gold wreath. It will suit collectors who sort by design theme rather than by anniversary, and it is small enough to mix into any pin display. Please note that the seller did not give a size, a year or an event, so the five photos are the best source for the proportions and the colors. Looking at the front and back pictures will also show the type of fastening and the quality of the paint.

Shipping

Carefully packed and shipped worldwide from Ukraine with a tracking number.
