Placing a rocket next to it points to the pride the USSR took in its space achievements over the same decades. A pin with both images suits collectors who like space and revolution themes together. The design is more complex than a plain date pin because it brings two stories into one small badge. The Aurora stands for the revolution, and the rocket stands for the later push into space. The mix is typical of Soviet public imagery, which often presented the 1917 revolution and the space age as parts of one continuous progress. Space and naval collectors both tend to look for such crossover pieces.\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"Soviet Vintage Store","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":67681930346645,"sku":"EBAY-407172053649","price":1.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":false}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0808\/0500\/3413\/files\/ussr-space-rocket-aurora-cruiser-pin-50-years-1.jpg?v=1791722459","url":"https:\/\/sovietvintagestore.com\/products\/ussr-space-rocket-aurora-cruiser-pin-50-years","provider":"Soviet Vintage Store","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
