From the seller's notes
The Elikon 35C is a compact Soviet 35mm film camera made at the BelOMO factory, and it was one of the first Soviet cameras with a built-in electronic flash and automatic exposure control. It is fitted with an Industar-95 38mm f/2.8 lens, a favorite of lomo-style photographers. It comes with its original protective hard case.

About This Piece
The Elikon line was an attempt to bring flash and automatic exposure to ordinary Soviet photographers in a pocketable body. That makes the 35C interesting for collectors who follow the evolution of Soviet compacts, while its Industar-95 lens keeps it in demand for casual film shooting. Wear is visible in the photos, and the camera is a compact piece that fits easily on a shelf next to other Soviet compacts.
