This Soviet porcelain drinking horn is decorated with a lively hunting scene: two hunting dogs in pursuit and a leaping deer modeled in three dimensions at the rim. It was made in the USSR in the 1970s–1980s by the Krasnodar Porcelain and Earthenware Factory "Chaika" and is finished in a vibrant orange-yellow luster glaze with a pearlescent sheen, hand-painted gold floral patterns and gilded borders.
