This vintage USSR 1917 October Revolution pin is a small commemorative badge with the date 1917 and a hammer and sickle. The reverse carries an LMD mark. It is the kind of everyday emblem worn at Soviet anniversary events, and it is easy to add to a collection of Soviet pins.

About This Piece
The year 1917 marks the revolution that led to the founding of the Soviet state, and the anniversary was one of the main public holidays in the USSR, with pins issued year after year. The letters LMD are commonly read as the mark of the Leningrad Mint. Collectors of Soviet pins value the mark because it helps place a badge with a specific producer. Pins that carry the date alone, without a longer slogan, are often the easiest to match with reference catalogs. How to return an item

- I will confirm the return and reply with instructions. Items sent back without contacting me first cannot be accepted.
- The item must be returned in the same condition you received it, with all parts, accessories and original packaging that came with it.
- Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Please use a tracked shipping service and pack the item carefully — vintage pieces are fragile, and I can't refund items damaged on the way back.

Your bank or card company may need extra time to post the refund. The original shipping was free, so there is nothing to deduct for it; import duties or taxes you paid in your country are not refundable by me.
