From the seller's notes
This vintage Soviet portable TV is a Silelis (Шилялис) 405 D-1, a compact black and white television made in Lithuania during the Soviet era. Known for its small size and reliability, the model was a coveted portable set in its time. This example has been tested and works, showing a clear image on screen.

Tested and in working order: the screen powers on with a clear image, as shown in the photos with a local broadcast signal. All knobs and switches (volume, brightness, contrast, tuning) are intact and functional, and the built-in speaker delivers surprisingly good sound for its size. The telescopic antenna is present and extends fully. The cream plastic case is in good vintage condition with some natural age-related yellowing and minor signs of use. Please note that this is an analog television: to watch modern digital channels you will need a digital-to-analog converter box or a modulator.
About This Piece
Silelis portable televisions were among the best-known Soviet small-screen sets, and the 405 D-1 combines a compact case with the flexibility of mains or 12 V power. Today a working vintage Soviet portable TV is sought by collectors of vintage electronics and Soviet history, and it makes an authentic retro accent for a cafe, studio or home, or a prop for film sets and photo shoots. With 12 V operation it also suits vintage van and camping setups.
