This handmade industrial steel lock is a heavy duty deadbolt-style locking mechanism that was custom-made from solid steel in Ukraine. It consists of a thick steel body and two special tools or keys, and operating it takes a specific sequence of actions or a secret adjustment. How to return an item

- I will confirm the return and reply with instructions. Items sent back without contacting me first cannot be accepted.
- The item must be returned in the same condition you received it, with all parts, accessories and original packaging that came with it.
- Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Please use a tracked shipping service and pack the item carefully — vintage pieces are fragile, and I can't refund items damaged on the way back.

Once I receive and inspect the returned item, I will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may need extra time to post the refund. The original shipping was free, so there is nothing to deduct for it; import duties or taxes you paid in your country are not refundable by me.
