From the seller's notes
The Smena 8M is a Soviet 35mm film camera made in the USSR by LOMO, known for its simplicity and its sharp Triplet T-43 40mm f/4 lens. It is fully manual, which makes it a popular pick for lomography fans, photography students and anyone who likes the back-to-basics film experience. This example comes with its original case and strap.

About This Piece
The Smena line from LOMO was built as a simple, affordable camera for everyday photographers across the Soviet Union. Its fixed triplet lens and straightforward controls are the reason it still turns up in lomography circles today. A working Smena 8M with its case is a practical entry point into Soviet film cameras. Because it is fully manual, the photographer sets everything, which is the main reason it is popular with students and with anyone learning film from scratch.
