About This Piece
Football was one of the sports at the Moscow Olympic Games of 1980, and pin makers produced a separate badge for each sport. This football pin belongs to that series and works well in a display next to other Moscow 80 sports pins. The letters MMD appear in the original title and are kept here exactly as given, as a reference for collectors who search by markings. The pin is compact and well suited to a themed frame of Moscow 80 sports badges. Please look at the photos to judge the sharpness of the enamel and the condition of the metal edges. The seller calls it mint in the title, but the listed condition is used, so the photographs remain the most reliable guide to the real state of this pin.
