About this piece

Vintage Soviet cookie mold in heavy cast aluminum for oreshki walnuts and gribochki mushrooms, 5 + 6 halves, 1.7 kg. Ships worldwide from Ukraine.

From the seller's notes

This Soviet cookie mold is a heavy cast aluminum pastry press for making oreshki (walnut-shaped cookies) and gribochki (mushroom-shaped cookies). The dual design combines six mushroom halves and five walnut halves in one mold, so both shapes can be baked in one batch. It is a classic piece of Soviet kitchenware for collectors and for anyone who wants to recreate Eastern European desserts.
