From the seller's notes
This Soviet vacuum tube is a 6P6S (6П6С) beam power tetrode, manufactured in the USSR in July 1979. It is widely known as the Soviet equivalent of the classic 6V6 / 6V6GT, a tube valued by audiophiles and guitar amplifier enthusiasts for its warm vintage tone. The tube comes with its original Soviet cardboard box.

It is sold as-is for collection, parts or restoration purposes. Please review the photos carefully, as they are part of the description.
About This Piece
Because the 6P6S is the Soviet counterpart of the 6V6, it is often sought by builders and restorers of tube amplifiers and vintage radio equipment. A dated Soviet vacuum tube with its original packaging is also a nice piece for collectors of vintage radio tubes and Soviet electronics, documenting the industrial design of the late 1970s.
