This battleship Aurora pin badge is a vintage Soviet piece with a red pennant and the ship in guilloche enamel, on a USSR navy theme. Guilloche enamel gives the surface a finely engraved pattern under the color. It is navy militaria for pin collectors.

Condition
Used. No specific flaws were described. The enamel and the pin are best checked in the photos. With guilloche enamel, look at the photos for the clarity of the engraved pattern and the color of the pennant, which are the first things to wear on a pin like this.
About This Piece
Naval badges with the Aurora were produced in many forms, and the engraved guilloche background makes this one more detailed than a plain painted pin. It suits collectors interested in Soviet navy themes as well as enamel craftsmanship. Guilloche is a technique in which a repeating engraved pattern is placed under translucent enamel, so the color seems to glow when the badge is turned in the light. That is the main reason this pin stands apart from simple flat-painted examples. The four photos show the pennant shape, the ship and the surface, and the pin is small enough to keep in a collector's tray with other navy badges.

How to return an item

- I will confirm the return and reply with instructions. Items sent back without contacting me first cannot be accepted.
- The item must be returned in the same condition you received it, with all parts, accessories and original packaging that came with it.
- Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Please use a tracked shipping service and pack the item carefully — vintage pieces are fragile, and I can't refund items damaged on the way back.
