From the seller's notes
This Lenin statue is a Soviet-era figurine of Vladimir Lenin cast in silumin, a durable aluminum-silicon alloy, showing the leader in a walking pose in his cap and coat. It has a dark silvery-grey finish with an aged surface. It stands about 16 cm (6.3 in) tall, and it has noticeable damage to the base.

Condition
Used, with visible damage to the base. A significant section is broken off or missing at the back corner of the base, as shown in the photos. Please review all photos carefully, as they are the most accurate description of the condition.
About This Piece
Lenin figures in metal and plaster were produced in large numbers in the USSR for offices, schools and homes. Silumin was a common casting material for small statuettes of this kind. Despite the damage, this figure is still a recognizable desk-sized piece for collectors of Soviet memorabilia and sculpture. Pieces like this are often chosen for a study, a shelf or a themed display of the Soviet era. The figure is small enough to place on a desk, yet its 653 g weight shows that it is a solid casting rather than a hollow souvenir.
