This Russian history book is a complete two-volume set of "Москва. Иллюстрированная история" (Moscow: An Illustrated History), published in the USSR by the Mysl (Мысль) publishing house. The two large deluxe-edition volumes trace the history of Moscow from ancient times through to the Soviet era, with historical maps and photographs on many pages. One volume has a red cover and the other a brown cover.

Condition
Used, in good vintage condition for their age and size. The red volume is in good, clean condition with well-preserved cover corners and gold embossing. The brown volume is in decent condition: there is minor wear to the bottom edge of the cover and some detached or frayed page edges at the bottom of the inside pages, shown in the photos. The binding holds well despite the weight, and the text and illustrations inside are clean and bright. Please review all 24 photos.

- The item must be returned in the same condition you received it, with all parts, accessories and original packaging that came with it.
- Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Please use a tracked shipping service and pack the item carefully — vintage pieces are fragile, and I can't refund items damaged on the way back.
