About this piece
Panasonic NV-R100 VHS-C vintage video camera with charger, two batteries and two cassettes, untested, sold as-is. Ships worldwide from Ukraine.
From the seller's notes
This vintage video camera is a Panasonic NV-R100 VHS-C Slim Palmcorder, a classic 1990s camcorder with a 10x optical zoom lens, an aluminum die-cast chassis and a compact design. It comes as a bundle with a Panasonic charger, two rechargeable batteries and two VHS-C cassettes. The camera is untested and is offered as-is for collectors, vintage tech enthusiasts, repair projects or use as a prop.
Item Details
- Type: VHS-C camcorder (Palmcorder)
- Brand: Panasonic
- Model: NV-R100
- Format: VHS-C
- Optical Zoom: 10x
- Chassis: Aluminum die-cast
- Era: 1990s
Condition
For parts or not working. Cosmetically the camcorder is in good vintage condition, with normal signs of wear, minor scuffs and age-appropriate dust; please see the photos for the exact condition. Technically it is untested: the means to fully check the camera, the charger and the batteries were not available, so it is sold strictly as-is for parts, repair, collection or prop use. Due to their age, the life and capacity of the batteries cannot be guaranteed. The two cassettes are used and untested.
About This Piece
VHS-C was a compact version of the VHS tape format, letting families record home movies on small cassettes that could be played back in a full-size VCR with an adapter. Camcorders from this era are sought after today for their retro look, as film and video props, and by anyone restoring old home video gear. With its original Panasonic charger and spare batteries, this vintage video camera is a good starting point for a repair or display project.
