About This Piece
Small reflecting telescopes like the ALKOR were a common starting point for amateur astronomy in the Soviet period. A complete set in its own wooden case is attractive to collectors of vintage optics and scientific instruments, and it can serve as a decorative piece even if it is never used under the night sky.
