This Soviet safety poster from 1991 is an original USSR industrial safety print with the slogan "Keep your first-aid kit complete" (Следи за укомплектованностью аптечки). It was published in Moscow by Energoatomizdat in 1991, just before the collapse of the Soviet Union. A good piece for collectors of medical memorabilia and Soviet graphic design.

About This Piece
Safety posters were a common sight in Soviet workplaces and carried short, direct instructions in a clear graphic style. This one dates from the very last year of the USSR, which adds historical interest. It works as a collectible and as a distinctive decor piece. The poster carries a printed publisher, a year and an artist credit, which gives it a clear identity for anyone cataloging Soviet graphic design. The eight photos show the whole sheet and the edges. Industrial safety prints are less often collected than political posters, so a first-aid theme makes a different and slightly unexpected wall piece in a collection of Soviet paper.
