About this piece
Ukrainian Cossack porcelain decanter by Korosten Porcelain Factory, hand-painted Kozak figure bottle, 0.7 L, original label. Ships worldwide from Ukraine.
From the seller's notes
This Ukrainian Cossack porcelain decanter is a vintage figural bottle shaped as a traditional Ukrainian Kozak carrying a sack on his back, made at the Korosten Porcelain Factory. It was originally produced as a branded bottle for the Ukrainian company Soyuz-Viktan (Союз-Віктан). The piece works both as a decorative figurine and as a spirits decanter.

About This Piece
The Cossack is one of the most iconic figures of Ukrainian history and folk culture. Here he wears a traditional embroidered shirt (vyshyvanka), blue wide trousers (sharovary) and a red sash, finely painted on high-quality porcelain. Korosten in the Zhytomyr region is a well-known center of Ukrainian porcelain, and this decanter is a charming addition to a collection of Soviet and post-Soviet porcelain, Ukrainian heritage items or figural barware.
