About This Piece
The National Police of Ukraine was created in 2015 to replace the former militia, and its patrol officers quickly became one of the most visible symbols of the reform. The star-shaped emblem with the Tryzub, the national coat of arms of Ukraine, appears on caps, patches and badges of the service. The reflective band on this Ukrainian police baseball cap was designed for visibility during night patrols, and the sturdy, breathable fabric was made for daily duty. Caps of this type are sought after by collectors of modern law enforcement insignia and Eastern European uniforms.
