From the seller's notes

About This Piece
“La Traviata”, first staged in 1853, follows the courtesan Violetta Valéry and remains one of the most performed operas in the world. Helikon Opera is a well-known Moscow company, and its posters often draw on the elegant lines of Russian Modern, the local form of Art Nouveau. The bold color palette and decorative typography make this vintage Russian opera poster a striking piece for a music room, studio or gallery wall, and a nice find for collectors of theater and opera graphics.
Framing behind glass will flatten the old fold lines and protect the edges, letting the illustration of Violetta take center stage.
